Ours is a non-invasive visual inspection of your property that can alert you to possible problems. We do not test for lead, asbestos, radon, or mold. If you have work done that involves major components (structure, roof, heat/ac, electrical or plumbing) schedule us to come back (a 3 day window before closing) and we will check the quality of the work. NO CHARGE!! This inspection is not for cosmetic work.
